4. ALL SALES FINAL — UNDERWEAR POLICY

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all underwear sales are final. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy applies to underwear purchased from Stunt Gear, including opened or unopened packages, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Please carefully review the product description, size chart, and sizing information before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase.

5. NO RETURNS ON PREVIOUSLY WORN CLOTHING

Stunt Gear does not accept returns or exchanges for previously worn clothing.

For hygiene, quality-control, and resale standards, eligible clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Customers should inspect their items upon delivery and contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. General Return and Exchange Policy

Unless a product is specifically marked as final sale or is otherwise excluded under our policies, return or exchange requests may be considered when the following conditions are met:
